Hey y’all! I’m Kristen and I’m ecstatic you are here.
Whether you are here to hire me as your Virtual Assistant or become a Virtual Assistant yourself - I’d like for you to get to know me a bit! Let’s get started, shall we?
Professionally, I knew from an early age that I had a passion for people. I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas - just north of Houston. I was always interested in deep conversations and finding ways to help others. I started babysitting when I was eleven years old and continued to do so throughout high school. I loved assisting families. Naturally, knowing I loved helping children grow, I got a degree from Texas Tech University in Early Childhood Education and Development. I got my first teaching job in 2008 in Lake Travis, Texas and I absolutely loved teaching.
I taught various grade levels from Kindergarten to Fourth Grade and I loved teaching. However - my life needed a change and I was up for the challenge. After eleven years of teaching, I accepted a position in sales for a new home construction company. Essentially - I sold homes without a real estate license. I had a very successful career in sales earning many distinguished titles and accolades, but it took away time from my family, time with my new husband, and time for myself. I knew I wanted to continue helping others, and I saw how the corporate world and businesses needed help to get some of their time back.
Enter: Virtual Assistance. I saw the need in the business world for business owners to gain assistance in the day to day tasks that took them away from their real passions - the heart and soul of their companies and their families. It brings me joy that this career allows me to give time back to business owners while still bringing me joy in my own life by also giving me more time to keep the most important things in my life a priority.
Outside of my work, I enjoy all things outdoors! My husband and I love to fly fish, hike, camp, and explore new National Parks. I have a passion for health and fitness and do Crossfit for. my workouts. I love the challenge of constant improvement and setting goals. We have a sweet Cane Croso (Italian Mastiff) named Leo and he is - in my opinion - the funniest dog in existence! We are very close with our family and enjoy spending time with them going to sporting events, the family ranch, or traveling across the county. My biggest passion, though, is people. I have made it my life’s mission to make everyone I come across feel as important as they truly are to this world!
I am looking forward to getting to know you, your company, and your passions better as we partner together to help you and your business flourish!
